Muchadoabouteating 一岁了

不知不觉一年就这样过去,记得去年五月我把在莆田用餐的过程投入hungrygowhere网站,就这样玩上了瘾!而在去年九月二十一日,muchadoabouteating也顺理成章的诞生。第一篇文章就是我现在还非常拥护的餐厅Simply Bread。部落格成立以来,让我感到很惊喜就是能无端端入围OMY举办的2010部落格大奖。虽然幼小的muchadoabouteating受不起这份荣誉, 可是这也给我带来莫大的鼓励!这美食部落格可给我带来许多欢乐的时光。在此我要感谢所有支持我的读者,没有你们的鼓励我早就因惰性而放弃了。

这一年来,我尽量的寻找新鲜的元素已不让muchadoabouteating沉闷下来。这还十分不简单!我想乘这部落格步入第二个年头时做些小小的改变。比如,我会不时安插些华文的食评和把我旅游吃喝玩乐的过程记录下来(而不只限制在餐馆评论而已)。在我中学毕业后就已经从不用华文写作,希望这部落格不会出现太多语病也希望你们会接受和喜欢这新的一面。最后,希望大家会永远吃得好过得好玩得开心!

What an exciting ride last year has been! In May 2009, I submitted a review of Putien to hungrygowhere on a whim and caught on the food blogging bug.  Needless to say, setting up muchadoabouteating was a natural progression to my addiction.  Simply Bread, a cafe which I often patronised became my first post on 21 Sept 2009.  What began mindlessly quickly became a point of no return. I was pleasantly surprised to be shortlisted at the 2010 OMY's blog awards.  It was a humbling as well as encouraging experience! This food blog is and will always be a happy part of my life; it can only be so because of YOU, my awesome readers! Thank you for your support for without your encouragment, a fundamentally lazy person like me would have given up long ago.

For the past year, I have been trying to introduce new elements to muchadoabouteating.  It has been difficult to try not to be stuck in a rut .  While this food blog enter its 2nd year,  I fancy some minor changes will be quite fun.  For example, I will include some occasional chinese reviews and more details on my overseas escapades rather than just focusing on food.  I have stopped writing in Chinese since secondary school, hopefully I can get round with it soon.  I certainly hope that you will enjoy these changes. Finally, I wish all of you readers out there to continue to eat and live well! Have fun!

Happy 1st birthday! To let you know how big a fan I am, I actually read through your chinese post word by word~ Phew, that took me awhile haha. Anyway, continue writing and sharing! Always looking forward to the next update from you =)

happy 1st anniversary! gosh i have to agree that reading chinese is much more difficult now that i've stopped taking it as a subject after passing my higher chinese o lvls! haha the only chinese stuff i read now have to be about food haha :D
