Salmon Sandwiches Face-Off!

There are days and there are days with intense cravings for smoked salmon. My smoked salmon craving went crazy last week and most of the time I have to make do with a simple salmon sandwich.

Probably the heartiest portion of savoury slabs of goodness! Came with boursin cheese and red onions. Rye bread for those who wants to chew and chew. Drink their award-winning coffees to wash that dragon salmon breathe okie? From Oriole.

Probably the easiest to find. It is almost ubiquitous. Thick chucks of tomatoes for that extra umami kick. Salmon on the side of ciabatta with cream cheese. Pardon my idiosyncrasy. I always like my salmon to touch the cream cheese. From Swiss Bake.
