L'Operetta: That Wood-Fired Pizza Done By Japanese Chef

All I heard was Mozart's Eine Kleine over lunch, in loop.  It is good that L'Operetta plays such light-hearted music.  Their food is good and I do not want to be distracted by serious excerpts from operas.

 Mozzarella and Sun-dried Tomato Salad

Salad was served before bread and so I put my photos in such sequence.  And hey! The fresh greens and silky soft mozzarella was a good start.  Lightly seasoned with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, it was a great appetiser.

It is Chef Sebastian Reuiller of Sebastian's Bistrot at Greenwood's fame. The moment we learnt of Chef Reuiller's newest move, I wanted to fly there.  The moment I tasted the duck confit, I wanted to share with everyone.
