Swatow Seafood Restaurant

Yikes! Last weekend, we stepped out of our comfort zone and opted for a meal in Toa Payoh. While the food was theoretically decent enough I so do not like the vibes of Swatow (surroundings included). It felt very "central Singapore".  Me no like! I have been living in the west for half of my life. People say hawker food in the east is better. I agree. But the west has many more interesting food places. Places I hang out with people I like.

Ramen Champion - Menya Iroha

Going along the line that everything is nice in Japan. Why can't Singapore be the same? I know ramen can be infamously salty in Japan but what I had in Tokyo was fine. The same cannot be said for Iluma's Ramen Champion. I went down with a group of wonderful gfs and tried all the stalls. Everything was way to salty except for Iroha's ramen.
