Quite some time ago, we were roaming around Changi and chanced upon the cute Chocolate Origin's shop. I fell for its zen-looking cake and minimalist box immediately. The guy at the shop was keen and let us tried a bit of the original and dark choc cakes. The dark choc was more acidic than bitter. The original's choc mousse was smooth but not as rich as I like. We brought home the original version. The guy was pretty friendly and their packaging was rather appealing. I am a sucker for such stuff as you can see. Chocolate Origin is definitely much better than Awfully Chocolate anyway. Recently, Chocolate Origin has garnered quite a number of glowing online reviews since the opening of their 313 outlet. I am happy for the good people behind it. Looks like it's time for another try!
Totally random but I love my KeepCup. Loysel Toy and Jewel Coffee carry ready-made ones. Toby Estate has them as corporate merchandise. You can also customise online. Took me quite a long time to customise those two in the photo. Obviously the small and pink one is mine. These barista-standard KeepCups have been hanging around with visits to cafes. They are spill-free. Good for grabbing a cuppa and running off to do whatever we want to do for the rest of the day.
