I am getting pretty sick of places with all-day brunch menu, weekend brunch menu, etc. It is such an easy way out to running an eatery. Hate it even more when established restaurants turn to this option over weekends. I want proper lunch during lunch and proper dinner during dinner.

However, the trip to Hatched@Holland Village was a social I could not reject. Absolutely glad that I went along with the gang and discovered THE SLEEPOVER. Pardon my series of photos of it but I love the combination of brioche, banana and bacon way too much.

Egg Bens of all sorts

The gang ordered poached eggs of all sorts while I concentrated on my own plate. 

Finished everything!

The Sleepover is good. All-day brunch menu and brunch specialists are not particularly exciting. But if they can dish up food as good as Hatched I think I will just live with them.
